The annoying thing is that everything is probably there but it's just a jumble of letters! If they don't help any, you'll have to install generic drivers until you find the right one. There's nothing worse than needing help for something that few people use and no-one seems to have documented! If you really need a cheap laptop, I'd go for a secondhand model, preferably from a firm that sells reconditioned, ex-corporate ones. Being unfamiliar with the make and model and internals.
